Collecting Personal Information

Device information:

Device information is collected automatically to load the site accurately for you. It includes web browser type, IP address, location and time zone, what sites or products you view, search terms, how you interact with the Site, and cookie information.

We use cookies for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when returning to the site. Cookies are also used to keep track of cart contents while browsing.  

Visiting our login page will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and will be discarded when you close your browser.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

The information collected is used to process your payment information, screen orders to prevent fraud, arrange for shipping using stamps.com, send you information about your account and order including invoices and/or order confirmations, and respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints. Depending on the preferences you have shared with us, this information may also be used to provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.

  • If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows our site to recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a queue.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
