Shipping Policy

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually shipped within 2-5 business days! Any delays will be communicated to the customer via email. 

Shipping rates / Where do you ship from?

I ship from the United States. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. International shipping varies and can get a bit pricey, so before the final checkout page you will be shown shipping cost. You will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to!

Freebies will be included in every order, but I will add in extra freebies (sometimes including full size prints!) to some international orders to counter the excess shipping cost.

Carriers

I currently only use USPS Postal Service to deliver orders.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS/Canada Post mail will not have tracking numbers.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final! 

However, if there is damage to the print/product or if incorrect items were sent, email me and we can work something out! Include your order number and some details on the situation (images of the damage/ incorrect order are preferred) and I will provide an appropriate solution.
